Terms & Conditions

Classes and fees

• Fees are paid in advance in cycles of four lessons.
• There is a one-time registration fee of SGD 50 that covers the cost of coursework material as well as refundable security fees of SGD 100 per subject.
• Fees paid are inclusive of mathematics notes, mock examinations, lecture recordings and one to one consultations.
• Classes run live on the Zoom platform on Singapore time. The weekly timetable for our courses is published on our website and students will be informed if there is a change in schedule.
• There is no makeup lesson if a student misses a lesson. The alternative is to watch the uploaded lecture video that has been conducted.
• If a student wishes to withdraw from the tuition class, a four week notice has to be given, otherwise his/her security deposit will be forfeited.
• A trial lesson can be arranged on request by a new student before committing to enrolment.

Recordings, notes and copyright

• Mathematics notes supplied by The Annexe Project, lecture recordings, and the free model solutions on our website are the property of The Annexe Project, and are provided for the personal use of our enrolled students. They may not be resold, redistributed or uploaded elsewhere.

Conduct

• We keep our classes small (within 10 students) and respectful. Disruptive behaviour in an online class may lead to removal of the student from that lesson and a firm warning being given. Repeated disruption for subsequent lessons may result in permanent termination of student enrolment.

Website

• Content on this website is provided for general information. Our model solutions are prepared with care by our founder but we are not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of them. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
